All purchases made through the Reliva app — including subscriptions and one-time purchases — are processed by Apple's App Store. As such, we do not handle billing directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may request it directly through Apple. Here’s how:

Sign in with your Apple ID
Select the purchase you’d like to request a refund for
Follow Apple’s refund process
Note: Apple evaluates all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Please note:
One-time consumable purchases (such as extra analysis credits) are non-refundable once used.
If you've already consumed any part of your purchase (e.g. an analysis), we do not offer refunds unless there is a proven technical issue.
We encourage users to review their purchases carefully. If you made a purchase by mistake, you may request a refund from Apple within a reasonable time window. We cannot reverse or cancel App Store transactions.
Subscriptions (e.g., weekly premium plan) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time via your Apple ID:
Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
